CHANGES TO THIS ONLINE BOOKING PAGE FROM SPRING 2024. POLICY STILL APPLIES!

As the set up of our team will be changing from Spring 2024, you will only be able to make appointments with GEMMA or HAYLEY via this page. All other Petite Soleil members will  be classed as SELF-EMPLOYED and have their own individual tab on our toolbar which will contain a link to redirect you to their own booking system with ease. You can book beauty or aesthetics appointments now with SOPHIE  for March 2024 onwards using the booking link provided on her own pages in the toolbar ‘PETITE BEAUTIQUE BEAUTY,’ OR ‘SNOB AESTHETICS’  but please make sure you select the correct salon location.

Similarly for hair appointments with Meg from the 1st April 2024 please go to the tab on our website toolbar ‘HAIR WITH MEG-ROSE STYLING’ and follow her own booking link.

APPLICABLE WITH ALL BUSINESSES WITHIN PETITE SOLEIL- BOOKING FEES REQUIRED TO SECURE ALL INDIVIDUAL APPOINTMENTS 

Since April 2021 Petite Soleil require deductible BOOKING FEES to secure ALL individual appointments and the time allocated for each appointment booked. This was implemented due to excessive cancellations and no shows. We can’t confirm any appointments until this has been paid unfortunately and will no longer be holding appointments provisionally without the fee.

BOOKING FEES are deducted from the total cost of your individual appointments booked. Please note they are non-refundable if an appointment is completely cancelled or you do no show,  but if you would like to rearrange an individual appointment to another date, as long as over 48 hours notice is given, your booking fee for that specific appointment can be moved along with your appointment (appointments can only be rescheduled 1 time and 1 time only). If multiple appointments have been made and booking fees applied to each of these appointments individually to cover the time required , if you wish to cancel 1 of these appointments, fees can’t be combined and all applied to remaining appointments booked. Fees are specific for the time allocated to a specific appointment to cover loss of time if this slot isn’t then rebooked by another client. If appointments are rearranged with less than 48 hours noticed, fees will not be transferred and a new fee will be required to secure a new date.  These booking fees are a small fraction to cover the girls time or in some cases product bought in for a specific appointment if short notice is given. As each business is classed as their own independent business, naturally you can’t transfer any fees from one business to another.

We ask that if you are not happy with the salon policy you refrain from making an appointment.

GIFT CARD NOTICE

Gift Cards can be used to redeem but only with Gemma (Petite Soleil) from 1st April 2024 due to all other staff being self-employed. Before booking an appointment to redeem a gift card please contact the salon directly so that we can assist you further as to which services these can be applied to. Gift Cards can be used as  a BOOKING FEE to secure appointments so please have your code to hand when booking directly with the salon. Gift Cards for SELF-EMPLOYED members must be purchased directly from the relevant individual as they are officially classed as a separate business.  Gift Cards for Microblading must also have been purchased directly with HAYLEY. If you are unsure which gift card you need to purchase for a particular service please ask.
